How much does this retreat cost?

There are 4 Registration Types:

  1. Nama-staycation (for 1) which includes lodging (single room), retreat, and food = $999 

  2. Nama-staycation (for 2) which includes lodging (shared room), retreat, and food = $1599 

  3. Ama-commute which includes in-person retreat and food (no lodging) = $499

  4. Ama-stay-home which is the virtual retreat only option = $249

 

Are there payment options?

Yes! You can either pay in full to receive a discount on the overall cost or pay in installments. The monthly payment plan options are only available up to 9/25. All monthly installments must be paid by November 1st. The hosts will set you up on an automatic payment schedule if you choose one of the installment options. See payment plans below:

 

  1. Nama-staycation (Single Room): $999 Pay in full OR $350 Non-refundable deposit + 2 monthly installments of $350

  2. Nama-staycation (Shared Room): $1599 Pay in full OR $550 Non-refundable deposit + 2 monthly installments of $550

  3. Ama-commute - $499 Pay in full OR $175 Non-refundable deposit + 2 monthly Installments of $175

  4. Ama-stay-home Virtual Retreat - $249

 

What is the refund and cancelation policy?

PAY-IN-FULL CANCELATION POLICY: For those who pay in full and need to cancel their registration, a written cancellation notice must be received by atl kula no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event will be refunded the total price minus a $249 cancellation fee per person. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation for any refunds due to be credited back to your initial payment method.

INSTALLMENT PLANS CANCELATION POLICY: For those who pay in installments, a written cancellation notice must be received by atl kula no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event for a refund minus your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event will not receive a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation for any refunds due to be credited back to your initial payment method.

 

What form of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discover, Visa, Mastercard). You can pay online here.

 

What’s included in the virtual retreat?

The virtual retreat will follow the same agenda as the in-person retreat with virtual-specific details (i.e supplies needed) to be communicated by November 1st. Zoom breakout rooms will also be available to support interactive small-group sessions at certain points during the retreat.

 

Can I bring my friend or significant other?

Of course! Register using our Nama-staycation (Shared Room) option to lodge with your friend, partner, coworker and enjoy an all-inclusive wellness retreat for both of you!

 

What are guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions?

Since this is an in-person retreat, please follow the latest CDC guidelines regarding face coverings and other protective measures. We will be sure to provide hand sanitizer and enough space to spread out.

 

If I’m lodging or commuting, how much is parking and where?

All registration types, except for the virtual retreat, include validated parking at Atlantic Station.

If I’m commuting, where do I park and how do I get there?

The best way to find atl kula in Atlantic Station is to park in the garage near light green columns #10. Then walk up to street level and you will find us near the corner of 17 ½ street and Atlantic Drive.
